Shipping Policy
- We are pleased to ship free standard ground shipping on all orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous United States. This excludes expedited shipping options.
- If your order is under $99, standard shipping fees apply. See our full Shipping Policy for details on shipping methods, delivery estimates, and additional charges.
- When you place an order, you will receive tracking information once it ships. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing.
- We ship to U.S. addresses only at this time, excluding territories. Contact us if you have APO/FPO/DPO or international shipping inquiries.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon our shipment to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with any non-sale product, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale only.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging. Please complete our Return Form so we can process promptly.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee we will have your preferred replacement in stock.

- You agree not to pursue class arbitration or other representative proceedings. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not award declaratory or injunctive relief benefiting non-parties.
- For any arbitration hearings conducted in person, the hearing location will be in Dallas, Texas. The arbitrator’s award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by United States and Texas law, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration must be resolved exclusively in courts located in Dallas, Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be severed with the remaining provisions staying in effect. The unenforceable provision will be given effect to the greatest extent possible.
Modifications
